Organisational Structure

The organization is headed by a President & CEO and supported by five (5) Senior Vice Presidents.  The Executive reports to a Board of Directors consisting of not more than ten (10) members appointed by the Minister of Transport and Works.

The main office consists of the following divisions:

 
• Finance & Information Services

• Engineering & Port Development

• International Marketing & Client Services

• Business Managment & Special Projects

• Legal, Regulatory & Corporate Projects

The work of these Divisions is facilitated by the Group Internal Audit, Assurance & Risk Management section.
