Requests for Access to the Terminal

Please be advised that request for access to the Terminal by Customers, Clients or Associates must be submitted to the Security Division via the new E-Gate Pass Request Form .

The Form must be used to request access for personnel/visitors and vehicles to the Terminal.

For access Mondays to Fridays, the form should be submitted at least two (2) hours prior to the person's expected arrival at the Terminal during normal operational hours. On Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, the form should be submitted at least one (1) day prior to the person's expected arrival at the Terminal.

The request will be processed promptly by APMTJ's Security Personnel and an electronic response, indicating approval or denial of access, sent to the person submitting the request. If denied, the reason will be stated.

Approval to drive on the Terminal will only be granted to a person if their vehicle is needed to transport goods/equipment/ship spares/stores.

Persons driving on the Terminal must present a valid drivers license. Such persons must also be aware of the Terminal's Safe Driving Procedures in addition to the Terminal's Safety Plan, section 2.5 "Traffic Flow on the Terminal" and 2.6 "Motor Vehicle Safety" .

Initially, visitors must be met by the responsible personnel from the respective division who will ensure their awareness of the Terminal's Policy for driving on the Terminal.

The Security Division reserves the right to deny an individual, company, or vehicle access to the Terminal.
